Image Watermark Tool — Text or Logo, in Bulk

Stamp text or a logo across your images, one at a time or a whole batch.

To watermark images, add your photos, type the text or upload a logo, then choose where it sits and how transparent it should be. The size is set as a percentage of each image, so a batch of mixed dimensions gets a proportional mark rather than one that is huge on some and invisible on others. Everything is composited in your browser.

Frequently asked questions

Can a watermark be removed from my image?

Yes, by anyone determined enough — a corner watermark crops off in seconds and inpainting tools erase the rest. A tiled semi-transparent watermark across the whole frame is far harder to remove cleanly, which is why stock libraries use exactly that. Treat a watermark as a deterrent and an attribution, not as protection.

Why is my watermark invisible on some photos?

White text at 45% opacity disappears over a bright sky. Switch on the drop shadow, which keeps light text readable over light backgrounds, or pick a colour with more contrast against the images you are actually marking.

Does watermarking reduce image quality?

Only through re-encoding. Keeping the format as PNG or WebP is lossless; a JPG is decoded and re-encoded, which loses a little. Set quality to 95 or higher and the difference is not visible, or export as WebP to avoid the question.
