Everything uses the browser's cryptographic random source, so a draw cannot be predicted or replayed.

Frequently asked questions

Is the randomness fair?

Yes. These use crypto.getRandomValues rather than Math.random, and shuffles use Fisher-Yates, so every ordering is equally likely. Math.random is not seeded securely and naive shuffles are measurably biased.

Can anyone see my Secret Santa draw?

No. The draw happens in your browser and is never sent anywhere, so there is no server that could reveal who has whom.
