Caesar Cipher Encoder
Encrypt and decrypt text with a Caesar shift cipher, including ROT13.
To use a Caesar cipher, enter your text and a shift amount. Each letter moves that many places through the alphabet, wrapping from Z back to A. A shift of 13 gives ROT13, which is its own inverse — applying it twice returns the original text.
