Edit or Strip PDF Metadata — Author, Title and Dates
See what a PDF reveals about you, then rewrite it or strip it out entirely.
PDF metadata records who created a document, with which application and when — details that survive emailing and often surprise people. This shows what is there and either rewrites the fields or strips them. Creation and modification dates cannot be deleted from a PDF, only overwritten, so stripping sets them to the Unix epoch.
